Situated in the heart of The Broadway Shopping Centre, SakkuSamba is a dynamic, two-tiered culinary oasis designed to accommodate 130 culinary explorers. Our restaurant represents more than just a dining destination – it’s a heartfelt tribute to the breathtaking fusion of Japan’s graceful simplicity and Brazil’s lively, exuberant spirit.
From the modern architectural accents that reflect Japan’s love for minimalistic elegance to the vibrant colour palette that mirrors Brazil’s effervescent personality, every detail in our restaurant tells a story. The space we have created goes beyond the physical – it’s an atmosphere that resonates with the unique cultural ethos of these two incredible nations.

The Café: Your Morning to Evening Retreat
Nestled on the ground floor of SakkuSamba is our snug café, a haven amidst the hum of daily life where you can take a breather and treat yourself to a coffee or snack. Here, you can start your day with the earthy aroma of Matcha lattes or indulge in the unique Beetroot lattes, replete with the freshness that will wake up your senses. If it’s something chilled you prefer, we have a selection of rejuvenating cold beverages to cool you off. And if hunger pangs strike, our scrumptious sandwiches and irresistible cakes are just the things you need. Opening its doors from 7:30 AM until 6:30 PM every day, our café is your go-to sanctuary for all things delightful and delicious.
The Dining Oasis
Venture up to the first floor, and you’ll be transported to our main dining area. Here, it’s not just about eating; it’s about immersing yourself in a different world. Under a canopy of Sakura trees cascading from the ceiling and bathed in soft hues of pink and purple, this is where the magic of SakkuSamba truly comes alive. We have meticulously crafted an ambience that makes our guests feel embraced by the warmth of our Japanese and Brazilian cultures, transforming each meal into a memorable dining experience.

At the heart of SakkuSamba is our innovative dining concept. With the use of cutting-edge tablet technology, you can sit back, relax, and order unlimited tapas-style plates at a set price. The selection is extensive and vibrant, reflecting the colourful fusion that defines us.
Our menu, boasting over 150 varied Japanese-Brazilian dishes, is a testament to the culinary prowess of our talented chefs, here are a few highlights:
- Temaki: Try the delightful Salmon, Avocado & Tobiko roll. A cone-shaped seaweed delicacy filled with salmon, avocado, and flying fish roe.
- Uramaki: Our Spicy Tuna Uramaki is an ‘inside-out’ maki roll with tuna, tempura bits, mayonnaise, and a hint of chilli sauce. Rice on the outside and seaweed on the inside make it a treat.
- Sashimi: Available only in the evenings, the Tuna Sashimi features Grade A cuts of raw tuna, served as three pieces.
- Noodles: Our Yaki Udon is a comforting bowl of udon noodles with a choice of either chicken, prawn, or mixed vegetables.
- Brazilian Grill: The Picanha, or Cap of Rump, is a Brazilian favourite cut of meat, known for its depth of flavour, beautifully cooked medium to medium-well.
