Terms and Conditions

  • SakkuSamba reserve the right to remove any offer or discount without prior notice.
  • SakkuSamba reserve the right to change our menu prices at any given time.
  • It is the customers responsibility to inform staff of any and all allergies prior to dining
  • We do not accept Scottish bank notes in any of our England based restaurants
  • Accepted payment – Cash/card or gift voucher purchased on our official website, SakkuSamba does not accept any promo codes, coupon codes or any promotional discounts by any external sources.
  • The Manager’s decision is final. We can refuse service.
  • Dress code – Smart Casual. We have the right to refuse service if dress code is not adhered to.
  • To help us go cashless: a charge of 12.5% service charge is added to the bill, this is optional and at the customers discretion. Please make the server aware if wanting it removed.
  • Due to Health and safety regulations: It is our policy for food not to be taken away from the restaurant.
  • Wastage policy: if there is an excessive amount of food wastage, we reserve the right to place a supplementary charge onto your final bill.
  • All promotions, discounts and offers are from the food portion of the bill only, unless otherwise stated.
  • SakkuSamba does not accept liability for any articles damaged or lost from our restaurant.
  • Booking times have a grace period of 10 mins, if running late please call the restaurant. We reserve the right to cancel your booking or shorten your seating time if you are late.
  • SakkuSamba reserve the right to cancel bookings over 8 when no card details are given to secure the booking.
  • All reservations need to be secured with card details: A secure link is sent via text message, this information needs to be given within 24 hours after booking or your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Card details: No deposit is taken when booking, a fee of £20 per person is taken when a No Show occurs, changing or cancelling your booking 72 hours before will not be charged.
  • Changing reservations: If you fail to let us know about a reservation guest count decrease less than 72 hours in advance, we may charge for the missing person’s deposit. Increasing a booking’s guest count may not be possible due to availability.
  • The company reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Table time allocation is 1:45 Minutes. We would appreciate your cooperation and consideration for other guests waiting to be seated.
  • A la Carte Menu: If selected to order from, the entire table must participate and order from the a la carte menu as well.
  • Only the unlimited Tapas menu will be available on special occasions and holidays, ie New Years eve
  • Promoter: Dabangg Hospitality Group LTD, 30 Cheapside, Wakefield, WF1 2TF
  • Child Policy: Friday and Saturday from 6PM children under 8 years old are not permitted (last booking with children 4pm). Children may be excluded from dining during special events.
  • No children under the age of 18 for bottomless brunch
  • Private room / VIP booking – Room fee needs to be paid within 48 hours of booking request onsite or by invoice. If booking is cancelled within 72 hours of booking time, a charge of 25% of the room fee will be applied.
  • Any items left in the cloak room are left at owners own risk, the restaurant takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen
  • Behaviour policy – We have zero tolerance of aggression or violence towards staff or other customers. Our staff have the right to work without fear or abuse.

 

Vouchers

 

  • All vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  • We provide electronic gift vouchers, sent via email.
  • All vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
  • Voucher expiry date cannot be extended.
  • Sakku Samba does not accept any prom codes, coupon codes or any promotional discounts by any external sources.
  • Purchase of voucher is not a guarantee of reservation: Reservations are subject to availability and at our discretion, please book on our website, a form for large bookings of 9+ will need to be filled out and we will check availability.
  • Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Sakkusamba Restaurants in the UK.
  • Purchases made with vouchers cannot be refunded in Cash.
  • Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  • The company reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Our gift vouchers can only be purchased on our Official website.
  • Please inform staff on arrival if you are going to use a voucher.

Offers/Discounts

 

    • Available Monday – Thursday, unless stated differently.
    • Excluding bank holidays, public holidays (i.e., Christmas), Special events (i.e.: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day etc)
    • Offers/Discounts can only be used for up to 4 guests.
    • Offers/Discounts only deducted from the food portion of the bill.
    • Offers/Discounts cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
    • Offers/Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
    • Offers/Discounts have zero cash value and cannot be exchanged.
    • Offers/Discounts are only valid between the dates, days and times stated on offer or discount.
    • All Offers/Discounts only available on full price menus.
    • Any offer within Caiprinha bar is only available within the Caiprinha bar.
    • On February 14th only our Valentines menu will be available
    • Thankyou card – Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    • Please inform staff on arrival if you are going to use an offer or discount on your bill.
    • Thank You Offer – valid when purchasing an unlimited menu or rodizio, one discount card per table, minimum two guests, available Sun-Thu until 30th April 2023
    • We reserve the right to change, amend or remove offers without prior notice.

    • Review cards: By presenting the review card you will receive 10% discount from the food menu.

 

Industry cards

  • We reserve the right to change or remove any offers/discount available using the Industry card without prior notice
  • Industry card is required to receive offers/discounts, this needs to be presented on arrival and at payment
  • Offers/Discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offers
  • Only one offer/discount can be used per booking
  • Excluding special occasions or events: ie Valentines day
  • Offers/discounts have zero cash value
  • Offers/discounts are only available on times/days stated, these can not be given any other day/time
